General Rules of the Resource Centre
1. Students need to be appropriately dressed.
2. Students are strictly not allowed to wear slippers, shorts, sleeveless clothes, jackets and caps in the Resource Centre.
3. Student must write their names, class, date, time in/out in the Registration Book near the Circulation Section before entering the Resource Centre.
4. Bags, files, helmets are not allowed in the Resource Centre. These items must put on the rack or in the lockers provided in the Resource Centre. The Librarian is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the items concerned.
5. The locker keys are with the Librarian. You need to produce your membership Card before you can get the key.
6. Students are strictly not allowed to smoke, eat, drink or use the mobile phone in the Resource Centre.
7. Silence should be observed in the Resource Centre. Mobile Phones are to be turned off. If the student wishes to make a call, he/she is to go outside to prevent disturbing other users of the Resource Centre.
8. Students are not allowed to sleep in the Resource Centre.
9. The Librarian has the authority to turn students out of the Resource Centre if students are not polite and also disturb other students.
10. The Librarian is not responsible for any damages to or loss of personal items in the Resource Centre.
11. All borrowing and returning of items should be done at the Circulation Section.
12. Student need to be aware of the due date for the return of borrowed items. There is a penalty charge of RM 1.00 per day for late return of books.
13. Students are allowed to renew the same book for three times only.
14. Books marked with a red sticker cannot be borrowed by students.
15. Students are allowed to use the PCs in the Resource Centre. The password is with the Librarian. The Librarian has the authority to turn students out for any infraction of these rules. Students are not allowed to install or modify any programs in the PCs in the Resource Centre
